Undeniably, more and more people are working from home because of the lucrative salary and the increased quality in life. Most especially nowadays that modern technology is allowing this kind of work.

Few years back, after finishing college, the goal is to land an office job and to work at home is unheard of. Applicants bringing along with them their resumes go from company to company to apply for a position. Once they get hired, they are provided with a table, a chair and a ton of paperwork to do. Being away from the “table” is hard for there were no emails and portable phone with instant messages back then. Not so long ago, working at home means work in telecommunication and or customer service at a minimum wage. However, home-based work has its gained momentum and more and more people are enticed to join in. What more is there is no age limit, as long as you have the qualifications and skills the company needs, you can be hired. Certainly, good news for those who still wants to work despite their age. Furthermore, for mothers who wants to take care of their children and to not missed any milestone of their babies. There are some that underestimates the quality of work done at home. They think its not really work if its at home. But there are a lot of services done by virtual assistants that mimics office work. Despite being at home, they’ve attended specialized training and workshops to master their craft. They’ve become experts in this profession and truly an asset to the company.
